DO NOT ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with eyes unless using products specifically formulated for brow and lash application, such as our Brow Lash Serum. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
PRODUCT STORAGE & CARE:
Store products in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Do not store products in the shower, as water contamination may affect product integrity.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our Whipped Buttas may naturally soften or melt in warmer temperatures due to their handcrafted shea butter base. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, place the product in a cool area or refrigerator to restore texture naturally.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Customers will receive shipment updates and tracking information once orders have been processed through USPS.
Gracie’s Crowne is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been transferred to USPS for delivery.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
Certain orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery to help ensure accurate package reception.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $12.40
• FREE standard shipping on orders over $65 before taxes and fees
LOCAL COURIER DELIVERY:
Local courier delivery is available within select areas surrounding Spring and North Houston.
Delivery availability is based on distance, travel time, and scheduling availability at the time of purchase.
LOCAL DELIVERY RATES:
• Up to 15 miles — $8
• 15–30 miles — $15
Orders outside the local delivery service area will be shipped via UPS.
Please note:
Due to Houston traffic patterns and travel limitations, local courier delivery is not available for extended-distance areas outside the approved delivery radius.
A minimum purchase of $35 is required for local courier delivery services.
